I had a custom dual exaust installed with dual glass packs and has a great melow sound to it untill I push the gas down the watch out. You can hear the engine come to life and let them hear you. I have found that I gained some gas milage and performance with ridding of the stock muffler. The only con I ran into was is I had to loose my spare tire area, oh well I don't like those anyways. I have seen people loose there spare tire due to the cable rusting.

I used that standerd size pipe it came with, as said dual round glass packs, now it sound great and runs a bit better. I gained more performance, one to two miles to the gallon. As said had to relocat my spare to inside my vechile mounted to my sub box. I was happy with that due to don't trust the belly spares, and usualy when the weather is bad when I get a flat. All in all I am truely happy my explorer sounds great, got millage, performance and people notice the sound of my explorer when I press on the gas. They usualy have to take a double take looking at the my explorer. For the cost it costed me around $150.

No regrets at all. I recomend shop around for a reputable exaust shop, there is no room for error underneath the back end.

I have a 04 Sport Trac and want to add dual exhaust but don't want to mess up the computer with only one Oxy sensor on one side. Is it possible to do with 2 sensors or do I do the exhaust a different way.

Thanks!!

Did they put 2 oxygen sensors on the vehicle or are you still on 1?

Thank you for the info!!
