Does anyone have a link to a cut-a-way picture of a late 3V head where Ford eliminated the sticking spark plug issue?

In the following YouTube, about a 1/4 or so thru it, they show a very good
cut-a-way of the earlier problematic head. It would be nice to see what Ford did to remedy the issue.

I understand that the late head also uses a different spark plug than the earlier heads.

I have had my used 2006 V8 for a little over two years now. I bought it with 123k miles on it and now have 131K miles. It runs just fine but I do not have a record when the plugs were changed. They must have been because I doubt the original plugs would have lasted for 131k miles.

Soon after buying the 'splorer, I learned of the plug problem so I went out a bought a new set of plugs (Motocraft SP515), a can of nickle anti-sieze and a Lisle Extraction tool. They have been sitting on the bench ever since.

Last week I had the opportunity to practice plug removal on my neighbor's 'new' 2005 Mustang. It only had 32k miles on it but I warned him about the plugs and advised him that he should pull them and coat them with the anti-sieze. As I had all the necessary items I volunteered to help him. He became my guinea pig.

I chose to use the Ford prescribed method to remove them. I was hoping with only 32k miles they would all come right out. With a little soaking them and working them back and forth, they all finally came out but one. I broke and gave me the opportunity to practice with the extraction tool. It worked pretty slick.

Now I am all geared up to tackle mine. I debated whether to try the Impact removal method. I even went out and bought a cute little Harbor Freight 3/8" impact wrench, but I chickened out at the last minute. I even had a local (not Ford) garage tell me that that was the way to go.
