Did some searching couldnt find anything.

Installing a new head unit, aftermarket amp, speakers and speaker wire. Only two issues i am running into and one of them is figuring out how to properly run new speaker wire to both the doors. Ideally id like to run it through the door grommets but it looks like that would a difficult job. Im considering just drilling holes and running the wire through that with its own grommet but wanted to see what other people did to see if there is a different option. So, what route did you take?

Bonus question: What method did you take to get the power wire through the firewall?

Thanks!

If you are replacing the wires I’d just cut the factory wires and pull the new ones with them. This probably won’t be a viable option on the drivers door if the 1st gen is like the 2nd gen.

Pull the carpet back around the pedals. There is probably a usable grommet there to run your power through.
