Ebay Carb... Anyone heard good or bad about these?

I've seen this carb on Ebay Motors, I like the price but I'm wondering if this is one of those you get what you pay for situations. But if you guys have seen this carb around and know it's good buy, I'll buy it. I have a stock small block so I was thinking 600 CFM rather then going 670 cfm and it's have the price of a new Truck Avenger. One thing I noticed is this isn't a 4150 base carb it's a 1850. I just dont know that much about carbs to know how much difference there is 4150 to a 1850.
