Edelbrock shocks... are they worth it?

It is time for some new shocks. I want to get edelbrock shocks but want to know how good they really are. Is there much of a difference between those and the type I might by at a Tuffy for 40 bucks less a pair? Or are there some other shocks out there that are pretty good?

Overall opinion - NO. I liked mine when I first got them but that was coming off OEM shocks that were shot. In about a year the fronts seemed like they lost thier cushion back end seal leaks and I am not an offroader. The best shocks I ever bought were cheapy Monroes for my Nissan PU. I think the Gabriels are getting good reviews and are similar to the Eldes.

thanks for the info, I'll just got with some monroes from tuffy. cheaper anyways
