While fixing my door latch I noticed an unused electrical connector in the door. I have a 99 Sport. What could it be for? Heated mirrors? (I wish...)

Sensor for the dome light?

could be a number of things.
where in the door is it and how many wires does it have ?

It is a blue connector with 2 wires on it. It is attached to a rail in the front of the portion of the door.

Hmmmmmm
Assuming the speaker wire is already hooked up to the speaker.
The mirror heater wires are a part of the harness that goes to the mirror. Meaning, just one plug at the mirror.
I dont think Ford ever had tweets in the second gens.
Interrior light would be in the back as would the dome light trigger, and the power lock actuator.

Ya stumped me man. Can you take a pic of it ?
