Hi can someone help me with some information
The engine in my 98 ford explorer decided to die and I have been told that the motor 4.0 litre V6 engine were prone to problems with the timing chain etc, so I was wondering if a later model engine 2003 onwards would fit without having to make to many modifcations. I have been told that the later model engines were a lot better. As you can imagine here in AUSTRALIA because they are discontinued its hard to find parts etc and people willing to help you out ( explorers have a bad reputation )
