i have a 95 sport, and what happens is when i turn on either the heat or air conditioning, the engine will race itself up to about 1800 rpm for about 2 secs than idle for 30 seconds and repeat. constantly. alot of people i have talked to have no idea what might be causing this. any insight would be helpful!
