engine shakes

Hello everyone, Lately when I start my X I've been noticing a weird, whole engine shake type of thing, it's weird, and it's only on start up. I'm not sure but I also have noticed it seems to happen when it's really cold (like -20°C) I guess that's like -10 F. Anyway, that's one problem and the other is that whenever I brake from low speeds, I hear and feel a clunk right where the left wheel is... and it's all wooshy washy when I drive.... I'm afraid to drive it now! Please help me out cuz I don't have a clue as to what's up.... thanks!

For the clunk

For the clunk, check your radius arm bushings, the right one is notorious for deterioration due to it's proximity to the exhaust manifold.
