Hi,

Can I adjust the time of the Ford Explorer 12v powerpoint timeout in 2014my?
would like the 12 volt power socket to go off after a set time, currently it's on permanently, any idea of this can be done ? I'm hoping it can as 2014my explorer Goes off after about 5 mins ?

Thanks

Not sure if I'm understanding your post correctly. You say the 2014 powerpoints are always on but then you say they go OFF after about 5 minutes. Is it the 2017 that you have that goes OFF after 5 minutes? The battery saver program turns OFF most items after 10 minutes.
To my limited knowledge, there are no settings that will allow you to set a predetermined OFF time. Perhaps the members familiar with Forscan can chime in to see if the is a setting that can be modified.

Howdy Forscan can adjust the power points time outs. I am like Pete and don't really understand what you are asking. The 17 should time out after five or ten minutes, not sure which was stock. I have not messed with a 14 yet but I would assume they also should time out. So to make a long answer longer. On either one with Forscan you can change the timeouts.

I'm sorry.
I ask if I can do FORSCAN.
I can use FORSCAN.
I just do not know the value of it.

16MY+ is 726-39-01.
I do not know 14MY. Do you know?

Hum looking at all the Spread Sheets I do not see a way to do it. @PlatinumOwner do you know of a way?

I have the same question,
I would like to know Forscan code that do this on my 2014.
Would like the 12 volt power socket to go off after a set time if possible. Now it's working all the time :(
