Explorer 2013 XLT audio system upgrade Plug and play

Hello

I want to upgrade myfordtouch audio system I am planning to buy android head unit
but also want to upgrade the speakers using the same connector
I have found powerboss speaker nice
but I think I might need AMP
is there any suggestion I want something plug and play AMP without difficulty in installing
