Explorer feels extremely unsafe on slick roads

My explorer is doing the same stuff? 2015 xlt I bought used last summer and I just changed to winter tires .The rear sways on any slippery surface.

You're in the wrong forum section. 2015 is front wheel drive unless you have a AWD one. No longer the same vehicle at all, only by name.

There is no magic vehicle setup that won't slip on ice, though studs or aggressive chains will greatly reduce that. If it is not safe outside to drive, don't, or reduce speed appropriately and then you'll only get rammed into by some other motorist who didn't...
