Explorer has no power but battery is good

Any help is appreciated. My '08 explorer will not start. Battery is good. Voltage is at 12.75 but no lights come on in the instrument panel. Alternator was replaced about 6months ago. Check charging system light stayed on though but i tested the battery when the explorer was running and it goes up to 14V sonibknow the alternator is working. Could it be the ignition switch? TIA.

Have someone turn the lights on while you check the voltage at the battery. I'll bet that it drops well below 12 with a load on it. If it does then replace the battery.
