Explorerounds like my hondas launch control!!

I have an 02 explorer that just dosent seem to get up and go in1st gear, but also in the rest of the gears. When in reverse and i floor it it only goes to 3k and sputters and sounds like my launch control on my civic. I just did new spark plugs and wires, and it still feels the same. Next step is a new fuel filter, then i dont know from there. Anybody have anny ideas? Injectors? Fuel filter?

Probably a factory governor whilst in reverse to prevent accidents, like when in neutral.

yup..ur also limited to go up to 25mph i think going in reverse...tried going faster and it wouldn't let me lol

But i dont think it has done this before. has anyone with the brown wire mod tried burning out in reverse?
