extension for the female safety belt next to the console

Someone said that Ford gives away an extension for the female safety belt next to the console.
So before I look like a TOTAL fool by asking the dealership does anyone know if this is true?
Bad enough I have to look like an idiot here.

Just did a quick Internet search and while there were many results for extenders, I didn't see anything about Ford giving them away.
