F-150 heat problems.

Hey guys,
My dad has 99 f150 v8 5.4L that has no heat at all. Whenever he turns on the heat In the car it only blows cold air and is becoming a issue since its winter time. Any ideas? Could It be the blend door? Thanks in advance

could be your blend door motor. check out rockauto.com for some visuals of heat/ac items.

if no one has been working on the vehicle since last winter, the blend door motor is a primary suspect. if someone has been under the dash, all bets are off.
