F100/F150 coil springs

I read a bunch of past articles on this and it sounds interesting but it seemed like no one had actually done it. Is anyone on hear running the coils? How's the ride? How much lift did you get? I'm thinking about getting a 4" lifted set off a wrecked F150. I've already got a 6" lift but I think the suspension is actually a little too soft cause it sways pretty bad at speed so maybe the coils will help this out.

are you talking about the coils or the newer f150 coil seats for lift?

The actual coils or springs themselves. I know that Perry McNeil uses them in the Explorers that he builds with good results. I was just curious if anyone else has tried running them?
