Okay, so for the longest time my X would shake at highway speeds. Well, now even when I'm going slow, it feels like I'm driving over small speedbumps like every five feet on the left side, I'm guessing it's once per every revolution of the tire. I have no idea what it is.....any thoughts?

Tire issue? Any cupping? Broken belts?
Loose lug nut? Broken wheel stud?
Just a couple things that come to mind first...

As far as I can tell, no. The shaking has been going on since before I got these tires, but then "speedbump" is within the last few months, so maybe....I just assumed the two things were related, since they feel the same, just faster depending on the speed...

hmm...what are the chances of it not being directly related to the tire? Could be a bad u-joint. I've had them get tight before they were bad enough for the needle bearings to start coming out, and that could explain a high speed vibration that has recently shown up at low speeds too (because of the u joint getting progressively worse). I'm kinda just guessing here, but I think that's where I'd look next.

Sounds like a broken tire belt. Check it closely. Might place it on the left rear to see if it changes. A broken belt will cause the tire to have a hump on it.
