Looking for forward to learning from the Explorer experts on this forum. I have a 2001 Explorer Sport which is still running strong but like most cars that age need some attention. Sad to see that it was ranked the #1 clunker trade in as I consider my Explorer to be a good vehicle with many miles left on it.

welcome larry i got an 01 sport as well but mine is a 4x2 with some mods but i am going to probably sell it next yr.

Welcome to this forum! I don't consider an 01 old. My vehicles are from the 80's & 90's.
