I got the trans and clutch replaced yesterday in my '92, but being able to drive it finally has brought a bunch of new problems.
Mostly its in the drivetrain, I am getting clunks and groans from underneath the truck, whenever I hit the brakes, I am getting a pop/clunk from what feels like the rear axle, could be a u-joint, could be the brakes. I am also getting pops from the front, but its probably the radius bushings, they have been rigged with hose clamps, they have to go. I have a full master set of poly bushings, so it just a matter of grinding those damn rivets off.
And last but not least, 4x4 is dead, all that happens when I push the button is one click, no lights no nothing. I have a new dash switch I can put in, but I am new to these electric 4x4's so is there any thing else to look out for, besides the fuses? I dont know if its the shift motor or what.

Thanks for the heads up on the tutorial, I rebuilt the shift motor today, the little bushing was completly mashed through, so I rigged a new one out of tubing, along with the new switch, 4x4 works great now! Now its on to all the other problems, but this was the main one.
