Some of you that tow a vehicle behind their RV will know what I am referring too. Others may not. I have recently purchased the hitch assembly to be able to flat tow a vehicle behind my RV. I still need the baseplate and hardware for my 1999 Ranger. Brand is not so important because of all the different adapters available as it relates to flat towing. And I am familiar with what you can and can't do. So that IS NOT the question.
My question is does someone have some used flat tow hardware to fit a 1998 to 2011 Ranger? Or has someone purchased a Ranger that has this "weird towing stuff" on the front of it that doesn't know what it does? It is possible that I could modify something intended for an S-10 (oops bad word) or something intended for a Jeep?
Please let me now what you might have. I recently picked up the complete tow bar part of it, hitch, cables, electrical stuff etc. for $80-.
