floor console cigarette lighter

My lighter or power take off lighter plug on the passenger side of the floor console is dead, with key off or key on. Is there a fuse? could you provide it's location, so that I can utilize this easily available power source.

The fuse is located in the main fuse block under the left side of dteering wheel. The fuse in question is a 25 amo located n position 17.

Thanks for the info, I gave slightly wrong info it is the auxillary power point plug. I have determined that fuse 22 20 amp is the one that I had shorted. Thanks again.
