I was looking into getting a dual flowmaster exhaust. I was wondering if anyone on here has one and what series they got and how much it cost. Did you also notice any change in performance what so ever?

I've got a single 50 series with dual in/single out and a 3" turndown right after it. Its loud inside and out, mostly cause of the turndown. I noticed a little better performance and maybe a hair more mileage with it over stock. I like the sound more than anything though. Mine, however, is a V8. A V6 won't sound exactly the same but will still sound good compared to stock.

yea my brother has flowmasters on his Camaro and it sounds really sweet! So i am also think about getting on myself!

i have a 70 series on my '99 sohc an di love it. i also had my resonator removed and i had a dual tip welded on because i liked the look. they say the tips make a throatier sound, but i got it for the looks. i put ricers to shame. if u want a great sounding exhaust, get the 40 series original. mine is kick ass and the 40 series is even better. best of luck man.

thast the one that i was looking into because i heard that it was really nice:D :D

Flowmasters rule!! heck any performance muffler is better than stock.

Just plan on your gas mileage going down 2 to 5 MPG.

That is unless you have more self control than most of us and can keep your foot from playing the Flowmaster symphony in growl minor.
