flywheel problems

Back in april I had to change my flywheel because it had cracked coming from the center outward, well a couple of days ago I was having the same symptoms and sure enough I took the starter out and I could see the it was cracking again. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this might be happening, the guy that towed my truck home said that my engine might have some sort of a balance problem, anyone heard of this? My truck is a 1993 explorer xlt, 4.0, automatic. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, well of to see if I can get my money back from napa where I bought the last one and mabye see if I can find a stronger one.

I have the same problemon my 94 xlt, might want to check to see if the tranny is balanced properly, I am doing a rebuild of my tranny
