Thanks for the ad Rick. Looking forward to learning more about my new toy. Picked up a 98 Explorer for $300 because it wouldnt go into reverse or so the guy said. I drove it to the house (an hour drive) without any issues and backed it in to the drive. After finding this site, I now know that it will need work, which is fine. Just looking forward to getting her back to a reliable status and making friends along the way.

Welcome to the forum. GL with your "new to you" Explorer. My wife & I purchased a 99 Sport a few months ago with low mileage (82K) & I just finished repairing the rusted out rocker panels & l/s lower quarter panel, making it a reliable driver.
