New Ones! The old ones could be taken out I believe and cleaned out - but new ones would look better. There isn't really much you can do with the age of crappy plastic.
Autozone has a polish made to fix this problem. I had fogged up - cloudy lenses on my daily driver a "1995 Dodge Neon". I put the polish on a clean cloth and applied it and waited 2-3 minutes or so and buffed it out and it cleared up the "Headlights" good as new...
Yeah I had foggy lenses as well when I first bought my 95 and had them all cleaned up and sure enough a couple of months later foggy again I just went out and bought new ones and presto Problem solved They were a lil pricey though
