Ford 8.8 Rear Axle Diameter

Hello y'all. I am looking into getting some M.O.R.E spring perches to do an SOA on my 2001 Sport. What size perches should I buy, something tells me that I'm going to need the 3 and 1/4 inch ones. I may be incorrect on this though. I'm getting a driveshaft from a four door ex today and have it shortened rather than getting my current driveshaft extended. I am thinking it will be cheaper to have a driveshaft shortened than extended. If I am wrong on either of these topics let me know, and give me some advice on what's best. Sorry for having two topics under the same title. Thanks!

Someone has to know this info! I have the U-Bolts but not the axle and my u-bolts are measuring 3 and three quarters. I need to buy some new U-Bolts but haven't been to the parts store yet to see if the new ones are the same size or not....
