FORD Certificates

So I ordered my Ex Sport on 3/11 and I just recently called the 800 number for the Marketing number that Crystal supplied in another thread. After talking to Chris who was very helpful explaining the incentives right now he informed me of a certificate that was attached to an old address I used to live at.

This certificate is good for money off various Ford vehicles. He gave me the number and I have to bring it into the dealer. If it is good for my Ex this will be like found money!

Have any of you ever experienced this?

BTW he told me that my Ex Sport was awaiting delivery!! Scheduled for 4/22.

even though I just bought the explorer - I am shopping for a 350 platinum as we speak....

just spoke to your marketing dept and they didn't say anything about a certificate when I asked about incentives... but they did say they would send out a brochure even though I have one

I just used one of these "certificates" on my recent Explorer purchase. It came in the mail as a cash discount. There is a 5 digit code on the card the dealer needs to deduct off the negotiated price. The card I had expired on 4/27 so the vehicle had to be sold by that date.
