I have a 1993 Explorer XLT. I am currently running 3.27 gears(stock). I will be adding a 31 inch wheel/tire combo. My question: what ratios are avaiable and how difficult is it to change the front diff. the rear looks like it's no problem. I was thinking 3.73. Any advice? I do tow a lot with this truck and have always felt that the engine and trans were up to the task but the gearing is off, thus making the truck work a little harder.
