Forscan, can't clear trans adaptive tables. Module not supported?

2008, explorer limited,
I have a 2008 Explorer Limited V8 2x4. I tried to clear the transmission adaptive learning tables But Forscan says the module isn't supported. Amd it wont clear them. Any suggestions? .
