Found a plastic piece, but now idea what it's for...?

As I was looking in the two little 'storage areas' in the rear of my '02 (the one where the jack is located, and the one in front of that)...and I found this plastic piece:

I did a Google search, as well as a search on RockAuto.com for the part number stamped on it '1L24-78618C83-ADW-LH' and got nothing! Does anyone know what this part is, and if it's even from my Ex?

It looks like the piece that fits over the rear bolts for the front seat mounts
