front cigar lighter problem help

Hello again,
I have a 2004 exploree and I'm having a issue with my front cigar lighter. The back one works but not the front. Well I replaced the front cigar lighter with a aftermarket one because I spilled buffulo sauce in the stock one hahaha, anyway checked all fuses under the hood and checked #24 under the dash and they all check out. Please help!!!

power at fuse 24?

Did you check for power at fuse 24? If there is power there then the problem is either the wiring to the replaced cigar lighter or the lighter itself. Maybe there's no ground connection to the lighter.

Thank you....for some reason my owner manual didn't have those power points listed
