ive been experiencing a horrible high speed shake, and today ive decided to grab the bull by the horns. im going to isolate the problem by going through and testing everything that i think could be causing the shaking. today im going to drop the front driveshaft. as i started taking it apart i noticed there is an extreme amount of play. i dont know if its in the front differntial or the transfer case, or a combination of both. so i figure dropping the shaft and driving it to see if it still shakes wont hurt anything. what could cause play and how would i fix it?
