Front end shimmy

I am working on a 03-01 explorer,with vehicle up on hoist the steering wheel shimmys when going from full left or right to center. It also shimmys on test drive at no certain speed.Replaced r.upper ball joint,l.wheel bearing,steering rack,front pads & rotors,rotated tires.Had vacuum pump on p.s. reservoir to remove any air in system.Thanks for any help

not sure. but i am listening as my 04 has a vibration to it at 60 and steering wheel feels loose over small bumps.

Went through something similar (2 racks), nothing worked. Ended up taking to dealer and they replaced the upper steering shaft.
Problem solved.
