It happens during the duration of braking and driving fast.

How about:

Braking: warped rotors, pads?

E-Brake?
Alignment/balacing?

I had brakes put on. The rotors were fine. I think it might be alignment.

Though, my ebrake? balance?

Balancing tires, and your e-brake isnt on or the cable isnt snagged is it?

my tires were balanced. it was done about two weeks ago, when I changed the oil.

I'm lost on the ebrake being snagged. How exactly would that happen?

I'm just thinking that your e-brake would cause your car to shudder at high speeds ... but you probably wouldnt feel it in the front.
I dont know, try and aligntment for now ;) Some others will have helpful suggestions too I'm sure.

Yeah, thanks for the help, I think I'll take it in for an alignment tomorrow.

One other thing, my vehicle makes a weird scrapping noise, like it's going in a circular motion, that now just came to mind. It's kinda faint. Like when near something It can echo off.

Could this and the vibration be related to something along a more serious line? I guess maybe I should make a post on that, or maybe not.
