Front Seat Compatibility

I have a 2003 Ford Sports Trac and came seem to find a replacement for the front drivers side. It's cloth, no power and no air bags. Does anyone have any idea of where I might look and/or are there any other models/years that will fit? Maybe there is an online resource that could help with compatibility?

My 2003 sport trac front seats are getting worn, are there any other Ford seats that will interchange easily??
