Front Sway Bar question

ok i got my links a week or so ago, went to put them on and for some reason..... this doesnt look right, is there suppose to be a washer where the arrow is pointing?!?!

i dont think it really matters chris.. it should be fine with or w/out a washer. nice endlinks, although mine were cheaper!
