Just did front brakes on my ‘04 and noticed when torquing the lug nuts, that wheels don’t free spin. Shouldn’t they?
After putting everything together, I was getting the grinding noise and the vehicle wasn’t wanting to move. I thought it was the brakes grabbing the rotor, that’s what it feels like, stuck caliper.
But then thinking back to the wheels, is this a front diff issue?
My pads were worn out and sometimes when coming to a stop, I would get this horrible grinding noise, which I thought was metal on metal. Now I’m wondering if it’s a diff issue.
