Solved Front Wiper Blades not working!! No Solution?

As title states, the front wipers AND spray do not work. I've replaced the multi-function switch and the wiper blade motor. Replaced the fuse, still nothing!

When I attempt the to turn them on the motor does click a single time.

Someone recommended testing to see if the motors gets power, being there's 8-10 prongs at the harness, I'm not exactly sure how to go about doing that, also it I don't think the problem is directly at the motor being the spray does not work either.

Living in Colorado snow and all has made driving difficult and dangerous and I need to fix! HELP

Have you made sure the relay is working? From the schematics looks like it actually has a micro-controller.

Easiest way would to just swap relays around

Your wiper relays are 54/59 you can try using the other relays in that row to see if the wipers work

59 doesn't appear to have a matching replay, so before I run to get one am I correct?

first, determine if you have the late or early production builds because the circuit for those are different. The later build has everything integrated into the wiper motor, while the early build has fuse #8 that handles both washer and wiper motor, it also has a built in circuit breaker that trips if there's an issue (this might be the reason why it tries to move and then dies) and 2 relays in the engine compartment.

Ok, slot 59 is blank. And my car was manufactured 7/02
Switching 54 did nada

you have a late build, relay 54 and 59 are trailer tow left turn and drl (canada only) that's why it does nothing.

check fuse #4 (front wiper module) and if your instrument cluster/compass is not on then check fuse #21 both has connections to the wiper module.

Fuse #4 good.
Now I check fuse 21 in engine compartment. No fuse. I borrow a neiboring fuse and what do you know, it's working. This is very very strange on how I was missing a fuse...

On top of feeling moronic, my manual belongs to the older model explorer (it's dated 2001) ... Months of no wipers for nothing..

And even better,ha ping used the correct manual I was accually able to pull and check the correct fuse for my non working power seat. Pulled the right one, was blown, new fuse and working seats.

A successful day thank you so much.

Next thing will to be a permanent fix on those annoying POS ignition coils.
