Fuel Delivery Issues

yea fuel filter too. The crazy part is that it work fine for a couple days and then boom. Nothing. I have a buddy who has a tool to check fuel pressure I'll try that next.

Did you ever resolve this issue because my 02 XLT is having same problems and I've ruled out everything else. New fuel pump, new relay, inertia switch is good. I'm stumped

hi Paula it's been a while since I've looked at this thread I had to go back through to see what it was about now that I remember what the problem was the wiring in that car had a very bad issue. read the post very carefully and I understand the wiring in the final days of that problem we stripped the casing off of the harness found the wire going to the fuel pump and from one and that was exposed to the other end that was exposed I pulled the wire apart the only thing holding the wire together was the insulation it pulled apart at the worst place where the wire was bad my biggest mistake on that repair was using a butt connector that was crimped on in time that corroded and lost connectivity so from there I learned to solder the joint hope this helps
