The stealership and the local Grease Monkey want me to buy this fuel system cleaner thing they do. Anyone had this done, is it worth it or just a way for them to make extra money.

I wouldn't,

You can DIY with a plethora of products.

I personally use FP60 and FP3000 ( http://www.lubecontrol.com/ ).
