Fuse Panel

Does anyone know where the fuse is for the gauges (fuel gauge, etc.) on a 91 explorer? thank you very much! all the car stores to buy a manual are closed! help!!

i believe it is under the steering wheel near the parking brake. its a little black box. The cover pulls off and there are fuses in it. if not that one there is also one under the hood on the passenger side beside the airbox.

i know where the fuse box is i just need to know which one. there is like 20
