Nothing on the dash works, airbag light is only thing on it, windows dont work, but my windshield wipers and headlights work which is great. When I unplug and plug the negative wire on the battery, everything works when I start the car. It stops working after I turn off the car and turn it back on. I use to hear clicking noises in the area where the headlight control/air condition vent is located left of the steering wheel and it use to start working randomly when driving in the past.

Battery saver relay? It’s not a problem I remember hearing about before.

Yeah I too think it may be a bad relay, battery saver or aux-something. I don't know where it is on this gen but would locate all relay boxes and start tapping on them with the vehicle on and then swapping them with each other to see if the fault follows the relay locations.

Hearing the noises left of the steering wheel... there's limited space there for a relay box so I'd wonder if you were hearing a relay in the engine bay power distribution box.
