GEM or bad door sensor

My 95 explorer xlt 2wd,. Interior lights are flashing, electric locks are clicking, interferes with power windows. Door ajar light on. Already removed after market sidewinder alarm system. Still flashing and clicking. It starts and is drivable but everything continues to flash and click. Have the battery disconnected. Had since new, most original 312000 miles, live it. This is a 4d,. Both rear passenger doors inside handles have not opened for a couple of years

When I had a bad door ajar sensor, the only things I noticed was my interior lights would all stay on. and the Door Ajar warning light on.

From parts of your description, it sound like part of the aftermarket alarm is still operating. Is there any sensors, or anything still left in your Explorer?
