Welcome to Explorer Forum! It's not hard. Drop the drive shaft, drain your fluid, pull the yoke off, get the old seal out. (You may need a seal puller or might can get it out with a screwdriver and prying the lip up with CAUTION.) lube up the new seal, pop it in place and reverse the steps above.
