Welcome to Explorer Forum! It's not hard. Drop the drive shaft, drain your fluid, pull the yoke off, get the old seal out. (You may need a seal puller or might can get it out with a screwdriver and prying the lip up with CAUTION.) lube up the new seal, pop it in place and reverse the steps above.

Welcome to this forum! Check Harbor Freight for seal pullers, and drivers. You might need a small hand pump to refill the differential. What kind of differential do you have?
