So the 01 has a bad timing chain rattle, but with 300k it's expected, and I've heard that the SOHC 4.0's have 3 timing chains. So I'm looking to do a full rebuild soon (or whenever it decides to go since this is a back up vehicle), and get a little more HP out of it. What are some good, but fairly priced performance parts for a 4.0? I plan on having the heads shaved a little bit, plus ported and polished as well.
