$74 shipped for a Magnaflow doesn't seem too shabby to me. I have seen a little cheaper for ones that don't even have a brand name listed but I figured its worth the extra $10 to get a cat with a solid manufacturer reputation.
Just figured I'd check here before I ordered it in case someone knows of a better deal. 97 V6 btw.
