Hi fellas,
I'm a new member who found this site as a result of a google search aimed at getting some info on how to replace my broken rear springs on my '02 X. I've been lurking and searching the forums here for a few days now and am truly amazed at all the valuable infomation and solid suggestions I've been able to find.
I was absolutely desperate and heading straight into a serious depression. My X has been sitting in my garage for over two weeks and, without a clue as to how to begin repairs, I was starting to become resigned to the prospect of having it towed to a mechanic's shop and spending a great deal of money for the fix. Not any more! After reading a number of good threads here on the subject, I've got a decent plan on how I'll procede and what tools I'll need and a solid notion on how execute the repair.
In short, I can't believe how fortunate I am to have found this site and look forward to get things going. Thanks guys!
Bob
