My lift is on backorder for the front bracket. Keep me posted on how it goes as I will be lifting mine next weekend or the weekend after. How long have you been working on it, what are you using to remove the rivets, is anyone helping you, and what size tires and rims did you go with?

Okay, The way I am removing the rivets is with a drill, grinder, and air hammer. Don't use any of these, Dead Link Removed Rent a torch. The back was easy, no real sweat, the front has turned into now a 2 1/2 day job and I don't have all of the stuff on yet!!! Dead Link Removed
I have the Radius arm brackets on (Finally). Two of the rivets for the driver side axle crossmember off (two more to go)
Those rivets are not punchable, meaning they will not punch out very easely after getting the heads off. Superlift seems to think that you are strong too, Dead Link Removed The axle eye pivot bolts are on VERY VERY Tight, my dad had to use his legs to get them off. My dad and a buddy of mine are the people that have been helping the most. I would say if at all possible when you get home on friday night start with those rivets, don't do anything else just get them off. That will take the longest!

Hey, thanks for the info. I didn't think it was going to bee as easy as the instructions made it out to be but it will get done, as yours is.

I HAD THE 5.5" SUPERLIFT KIT INSTALLED 7 YEARS AGO AND HAVE HAD A FEW FAILURES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU OPT FOR THE SUPERRUNNER STEERING KIT, YOUR STEERING BOX AND LINKAGE WILL BE MORE FORGIVING. SO FAR I HAVE PUT 120,000 MILES ON THE KIT AND IT HAS ALWAYS WORKED PROPERLY. I JUST INSTALL WARN MANUAL HUBS AND RS9000'S. THE AUTO HUBS DON'T LIKE THE ABUSE 32X11.50'S DISH OUT. FAIR WARNING THE 5.5" LIFT IS VERY HARD TO KEEP ALIGNED. HAVE A PROFESSIONAL SHOP LIKE DICK CEPEK ALIGN IT. HAPPY TRAILS

Ron, if you have an automatic transmission, the instruction tell you to reroute hard transmission cables, HOW do you do that?
