Got OBDII reader code P0141 - NOW WHAT??

I bought the code reader, I got the code P0141 indicating "O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 - Sensor 2). Now, How do I determine which sensor it is and where is it phisically located. According to my faithfuly useless CHILTON'S repair manual, there are 4 sensors on the 96-97 Explorers/Moutaineers (that's the extent of their help). Any sugestions to wich of the four sensors is "Bank 1 - Sensor 2" that needs to be replaced??????
Almost forgot! I've got a 96 with a 4.0L.

I think general convention is to replace all of them at one time.
